Being a woodlands tribe, floral designs are an essential part of Otoe-Missouria culture. They incorporated these designs in everything from their clothing to utilitarian and ceremonial items. Kennetha Greenwood - Nyi K'omi will be sharing her knowledge of the Otoe-Missouria tribe's floral work, what they mean to her people, how they were created and how they have evolved in a contemporary light that continues to ground them to the tracks of their ancestors.
